"Cross-Contamination Versus Cross-Contact"

Quotethe term cross-contamination, as it is associated with things like the E. coli bacterial transfers, makes it sound like the kitchen in question is an uncleanly mess of disease. So, by and large, using the term cross-contact is a better PR term for the restaurant.
